The Oman Professional League Cup (Arabic: كأس دوري المحترفين عمان) (known as the Mazda Professional Cup for sponsorship reasons), previously known as the Oman Federation Cup, is an Omani football competition. The first edition was played in 2007 and was known as the Oman FA Cup. The competition was not played again until 2012.
The competition tends to feature all clubs currently playing in the top flight. The Professional League Cup ranks far below the prestigious Sultan Qaboos Cup in terms of domestic competitions.
In 2014, ahead of the 2014-15 Oman Professional League Cup, Oman Football Association announced that Mazda had agreed to sponsor the Professional League Cup and would be known as the Mazda Professional Cup for a period of four years. According to a four-year agreement reached by the two parties, Mazda became the title sponsor of the 14-team competition.
De Oman - Federation Cup is een voetbaltoernooi in Oman, georganiseerd door de Oman Football Association. Het toernooi wordt betwist door clubs uit de Oman Professional League en de Oman First Division League. De winnaar van het toernooi plaatst zich voor de AFC Cup, het tweede grootste clubtoernooi in Azië.
Het toernooi werd voor het eerst gehouden in 2000 en is sindsdien jaarlijks georganiseerd. Het toernooi wordt gespeeld in een knock-out format, met een finale die plaatsvindt in het Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Muscat.
De meest succesvolle club in het toernooi is Dhofar FC, met 6 titels. Andere clubs die het toernooi hebben gewonnen zijn Al-Nahda Club (4 titels), Al-Suwaiq Club (2 titels) en Saham SC (2 titels).
Het Oman - Federation Cup is een belangrijk toernooi in het Omanse voetbal en biedt clubs de mogelijkheid om zich te plaatsen voor de AFC Cup. Het toernooi wordt ook gebruikt als een kans voor spelers om geselecteerd te worden voor het nationale team van Oman.
