Seattle Sounders III is het reserveteam van Seattle Sounders FC dat uitkomt in de USL League Two. Het team werd opgericht in 2018 en speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila, Washington. De Sounders III hebben in hun korte bestaan al verschillende prestaties geleverd, waaronder het winnen van het USL2 Western Conference Championship in 2020. Het team bestaat voornamelijk uit jonge spelers en spelers uit de eigen jeugdopleiding, die de kans krijgen om ervaring op te doen op een hoger niveau.
