East Bengal U19 is een Indiase voetbalclub uit Kolkata. De club is opgericht in 1920 en speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het East Bengal Ground. East Bengal U19 komt uit in de I-League U19, de hoogste voetbaldivisie voor jeugdteams in India.

East Bengal U19 heeft een aantal successen geboekt in de I-League U19, waaronder het winnen van de titel in 2017 en 2019. De club heeft ook deelgenomen aan de AFC U-19 Champions League, het hoogste jeugdvoetbaltoernooi in Azië.

East Bengal U19 staat bekend om zijn sterke jeugdopleiding, die een aantal talentvolle spelers heeft voortgebracht die later voor het Indiase nationale team hebben gespeeld. De club heeft ook een grote schare fans, die de bijnaam 'The Red and Golds' dragen.
