Bayswater City Soccer Club is a soccer club based in Bayswater, Western Australia. They currently compete in the National Premier Leagues Western Australia.

History

The club in its current form was formed as a result of a merger in 1980 between Lathlain Meazza (formed 1973) and Rosemount Juventus (formed 1978) becoming Rosemount Meazza. In 1981 Rosemount Meazza merged with Bayswater United (formed 1963), becoming Bayswater Inter. In 1995 Baywater Inter changed their name to Bayswater City. In 1995 Bayswater City merged with Stirling Panthers to become Bayswater City Panthers. This merger lasted until 2003 when the name Bayswater City returned.

Bayswater City is een Australisch voetbalteam dat gevestigd is in de buitenwijk Bayswater in Perth, West-Australië. De club werd opgericht in 1956 en speelt momenteel in de National Premier Leagues Western Australia, de op een na hoogste voetbalcompetitie van het land.

Bayswater City heeft een rijke historie en heeft in de loop der jaren diverse successen behaald. Zo werden zij in 1994 en 2000 kampioen van de National Premier Leagues Western Australia en wonnen ze in 1992 en 1995 de Dockerty Cup.

De club wordt beschouwd als een van de grootste clubs in West-Australië en heeft een aantal talentvolle spelers voortgebracht, waaronder Chris Coyne, Michael Baird en Jason Davidson.

Het thuisstadion van Bayswater City is het Perth Oval, dat een capaciteit heeft van ongeveer 10.000 toeschouwers. De club heeft een trouwe aanhang en is bekend om zijn enthousiaste en vocale publiek.
