Wikipedia - PlusLiga

The PlusLiga is the highest level of men's volleyball in Poland, a professional league competition featuring volleyball clubs located in this country. It is overseen by Polska Liga Siatkówki SA (PLS SA). It is currently a 16 teams league from October to April/May. The regular season is followed by playoffs, with the winner earning the Polish Championship (Polish: Mistrzostwo Polski). It is one of the best volleyball leagues in Europe, being highly ranked in the international competitions.

De Polen - Plus Liga is de hoogste volleybalcompetitie in Polen. De competitie werd opgericht in 1928 en bestaat uit 14 teams. De meest succesvolle club in de geschiedenis van de competitie is PGE Skra Bełchatów, met 9 titels. De huidige kampioen is Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle.

De Polen - Plus Liga staat bekend om zijn hoge niveau van spel en zijn competitieve wedstrijden. De competitie trekt een groot aantal fans en is een belangrijke bron van inkomsten voor de Poolse Volleyball Federation.
