Southland United is een Nieuw-Zeelandse voetbalclub uit Invercargill, Southland. De club werd opgericht in 1972 en speelt in de Stirling Sports Premiership, de hoogste voetbaldivisie van het land. Southland United speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het ILT Stadium Southland.
Southland United is een van de meest succesvolle clubs in de geschiedenis van het Nieuw-Zeelandse voetbal. De club heeft de nationale beker zes keer gewonnen, meer dan welke andere club dan ook. Southland United heeft ook de nationale landstitel vier keer gewonnen.
In de afgelopen jaren heeft Southland United het moeilijk gehad op het hoogste niveau. De club degradeerde in 2015 uit de Stirling Sports Premiership, maar promoveerde in 2017 weer. Southland United eindigde in het seizoen 2022 als negende in de Stirling Sports Premiership.
De huidige hoofdcoach van Southland United is Paul O'Reilly. Enkele bekende voormalige spelers van Southland United zijn Michael McGarry, Vaughan Coveny en Andy Barron.
