Luis Matte Larraín U22 is een van de succesvolste basketbalteams in Chili. Het team heeft 12 keer het nationale kampioenschap gewonnen, waaronder zes opeenvolgende titels van 2010 tot 2015. Ook won het team de Liga de las Américas in 2013.
