Fortis Altamura is een Italiaanse voetbalclub uit Altamura in de regio Apulië.

De club werd in 1928 opgericht als Fortis Murgia. In 1948 werd de naam gewijzigd in Fortis Altamura. De clubkleuren zijn rood en blauw.

Fortis Altamura speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het Stadio D'Angelo. Het stadion heeft een capaciteit van 5.000 plaatsen.

De club heeft nooit op het hoogste niveau gespeeld in Italië. Het beste resultaat was een tweede plaats in de Serie D in 1997-98.

Fortis Altamura is een van de oudste clubs in de regio Apulië. De club heeft een grote fanbasis in Altamura en de omliggende dorpen.
