Shastri FC is een Indiase voetbalclub uit New Delhi, die uitkomt in de I-League 2e divisie. De club werd in 2020 opgericht door voormalig Indiaas international Sunil Chhetri. De naam van de club is een eerbetoon aan de voormalige Indiase voetbalcoach Syed Abdul Rahim, die ook wel "Shastri" werd genoemd.

Shastri FC heeft een sterke selectie met een mix van ervaren en jonge spelers. De ploeg wordt gecoacht door de voormalige Indiase international IM Vijayan. In het seizoen 2022-23 eindigde Shastri FC als vijfde in de I-League 2e divisie.
