Bank of Taiwan is a Taiwanese professional basketball team that plays in the Super Basketball League. The team was established in 1973 by the Bank of Taiwan, and later joined the SBL in 2003.

Bank of Taiwan (BOT) is een professioneel basketbalteam uit Taiwan dat uitkomt in de Super Basketball League (SBL). Het team is gevestigd in Taipei en speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in de Taipei Arena.

BOT werd in 1972 opgericht als het basketbalteam van de Bank of Taiwan. In de beginjaren speelde het team in de City Commercial Basketball League (CCBL), de voorloper van de SBL. In 1994 promoveerde BOT naar de SBL en heeft sindsdien een constante aanwezigheid in de competitie.

BOT heeft nog nooit het SBL-kampioenschap gewonnen, maar het heeft wel verschillende keren de finale bereikt. In 2004 en 2005 verloor het team de finale van Yulon Dinos, en in 2013 verloor het van Taipei Dacin Tigers.

Naast zijn prestaties in de SBL heeft BOT ook deelgenomen aan internationale toernooien, waaronder het FIBA Asia Club Championship. Het team eindigde in 2006 als derde en in 2013 als vierde in het toernooi.

BOT staat bekend om zijn sterke verdediging en zijn vermogen om snelle breaks uit te voeren. Het team heeft een aantal getalenteerde spelers in zijn selectie, waaronder Lu Cheng-rue, Liu Cheng, en Hsu Chih-chieh.

BOT is een van de meest populaire basketbalteams in Taiwan. Het team heeft een grote en enthousiaste supportersgroep die bekend staat als de "BOT Fans Club".
