Corporación Deportiva Once Caldas is een professionele voetbalclub uit Manizales, Colombia.

Once Caldas is een Colombiaanse voetbalclub uit Manizales. De club werd opgericht op 14 juli 1947 en speelt haar thuiswedstrijden in het Estadio Palogrande. Once Caldas is een van de succesvolste clubs van Colombia, met vier landstitels (1950, 2003, 2009 en 2010), één Copa Libertadores (2004) en één Copa Sudamericana (2003).

De club werd opgericht door een groep lokale zakenlieden en kreeg de naam "Once Caldas" omdat het de elfde voetbalclub was die in de stad werd opgericht. De club speelde haar eerste wedstrijd op 27 juli 1947 en verloor met 3-2 van Deportes Caldas. In 1950 won Once Caldas haar eerste landstitel, en in 1951 werd de club ook kampioen van Colombia.

In de jaren zestig en zeventig speelde Once Caldas op een lager niveau, maar in de jaren tachtig keerde de club terug naar de top van het Colombiaanse voetbal. In 1985 werd Once Caldas tweede in de Primera A, en in 1989 won de club de Copa Colombia. In 2003 won Once Caldas haar eerste internationale titel, de Copa Sudamericana, en in 2004 won de club ook de Copa Libertadores.

In de afgelopen jaren heeft Once Caldas nog steeds op een hoog niveau gespeeld, en de club heeft zich verschillende keren gekwalificeerd voor internationale toernooien. In 2010 won Once Caldas haar vierde landstitel.
