Tigers SC

The Tigers fc' are a Namibian football club. They are based in the Namibian capital Windhoek, and play in the country's top league, the Namibia Premier Football League. In the 1990s, they were sponsored by Mukorob Pelagic and referred to as the MP Tigers.

Tigers Sport Club, ook bekend als Tigers FC, is een Namibische voetbalclub gevestigd in Windhoek, Namibië. De club werd opgericht in 1984 en speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het Sam Nujoma-stadion.

Tigers zijn een van de meest succesvolle clubs in Namibië, met 4 Namibische Premier League-titels (1989, 1990, 1998 en 1999), 4 Namibische FA Cup-titels (1984, 1986, 1990 en 1999) en 2 Namibische Super Cup-titels (1998 en 1999). De club heeft ook Namibië vertegenwoordigd in continentale toernooien, waaronder de CAF Champions League en de CAF Confederation Cup.

Tigers worden beschouwd als een van de beste clubs in de regio Zuidelijk Afrika en hebben een sterke rivaliteit met stadsgenoten African Stars. De club is ook bekend om zijn sterke jeugdopleiding en heeft een aantal veelbelovende jonge spelers voortgebracht.
