Rain or Shine Elasto Painters

The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters are a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association owned by Asian Coatings Philippines, Inc. It debuted in the league in the 2006–07 PBA season after acquiring the franchise rights of the Shell Turbo Chargers in 2006, which disbanded after the 2004–05 PBA season.

From 1996 to 2006, the franchise played in the Philippine Basketball League, carrying the name Welcoat House Paints, Welcoat Paintmasters and the St. Benilde-Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, winning a total of six championships.

Rain or Shine Elasto Painters is een Filipijns basketbalteam dat uitkomt in de Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Het is gevestigd in Manila en speelt haar thuiswedstrijden in het Smart Araneta Coliseum. Het team werd opgericht in 2006 en is sindsdien een van de meest succesvolle teams in de PBA.
