Sohar Sporting Club (Arabic: نادي صحار الرياضي) is an Omani sports club based in Sohar, Oman. The club currently plays in the Oman Professional League, top division of Oman Football Association. Their home ground is in City of Sohar.
History
The club got promoted to the Omani League, top division of Oman Football Association, after winning the promotion/relegation play-off in the 2012-13 First Division League against Al Tali'aa.
Sohar Club is een Omaanse voetbalclub uit de stad Sohar. De club werd opgericht in 1976 en speelt haar thuiswedstrijden in het Sohar Regional Sports Complex. Sohar Club is een van de succesvolste clubs in Oman, met vijf landstitels en twee Oman Professional League Cups. De club heeft ook deelgenomen aan internationale toernooien, zoals de AFC Champions League en de AFC Cup.
