**Al Gezira** is een Egyptische basketbalclub uit Caïro. De club is opgericht in 1924 en speelt in de Egyptian Basketball Super League, de hoogste basketbaldivisie van Egypte. Al Gezira heeft in totaal 16 landskampioenschappen gewonnen, evenveel als aartsrivaal Al Ahly. De club heeft ook een aantal nationale bekers gewonnen.

Op internationaal niveau heeft Al Gezira een aantal successen geboekt. In 1993 won de club de Arabische Kampioens Club Cup. In 2006 en 2007 werd Al Gezira tweede in de FIBA Africa Champions Cup.

De thuisarena van Al Gezira is de Al Gezira Sporting Club Hall, met een capaciteit van ongeveer 5.000 toeschouwers. De clubkleuren zijn rood en zwart.
